4 Robotic Islands
Thanks to 4 robotic islands NWT METALUX is able to carry out grinding, satinizing and polishing treatments on articles of various sizes, geometries and weights.
Our robots carry out all stages of the process, from the initial grinding to the final polishing. Thanks to their different features, they allow us to process parts up to a unit weight of 165 kg.
They are all equipped with an altimeter to display the dimensions and control the amount of material removed.
We are able to process zamak, aluminium alloys and die castings, brass, stainless steel and all types of alloy steel.
We use the best and most advanced products in terms of bands, discs and pastes.
Flat and rotating table machines
Thanks to more than 20 flatwork machines and rotable tables NWT METALUX is able to carry out grinding, satinizing and polishing operations on different types of parts with an optimisation of production times and relative cost efficiency.
We can process zamak, aluminium alloys and die castings, brass, stainless steel and all types of alloy steel.
Manual processing
To carry out machining on samples, small production runs or articles with complex geometries NWT METALUX has several machines for grinding, satin finishing and polishing.
