Always attentive to care and respect for the environment, NWT METALUX over the years has adapted, replaced or modified its processes in order to eliminate from the production cycles all those substances considered potentially dangerous or harmful.

Thanks to this ‘green’ corporate approach we are able to guarantee our quality standards by using innovative materials and processes that do not contain substances with a high environmental impact while maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring environmental protection.

• polishing using silicon-free pastes
• degreasing and water washing without the use of solvents
• vacuum dry tumbling without use of water, shampoos, pastes and without consequent discharge of liquids and sludge
• galvanic treatment of Alkaline Copper plating without cyanide
• galvanic treatment of White Bronze (nickel free) without cyanide
• galvanic treatment of Trivalent Chrome plating without the use of Cr+6
• coverage of 50% of energy requirements through the use of energy from renewable sources
